When producing square and rectangular pipe the mill has CFS mill features; when producing round pipe part of tooling need to be changed for size change. 3, Super-Cage Forming: Based on traditional Cage Forming the Super-Cage Forming is developed including FD patents. Without tooling change for different sizes, D/T rate up to 14 110. 4, PPS Mill: Full automatic tooling change mill with FD patents is suitable for extra-thinner and extra-thicker wall thickness, high strength and accurate ERW pipe mill and other purpose large size metal sheet deep processing mill. 5,DNSA tooling adjustment technology: Tooling of DNSA mill is adjusted digitally in no load situation, all the adjustment are finished at one time without material waste for size change. 6, Automatic production line: automatic DNSA mill, equipped with automatic entry system and automatic packing machine, FD is able to supply the most advanced production line.
